As your doula, I will be there to support you during your pregnancy and provide you with encouragement and information. Prior to the birth we will meet and get to know eachother better and you can fill me in on your birth preferences and goals. These visits will help me learn how I can best support and nurture you during your birth.  When your labor begins I will be there to provide you and your partner with informational, physical  and emotional support. I will remain with you after your baby is born to assist with breastfeeding and make sure that you have something to eat and are settling in with your precious new baby.  I will also come to visit you once you are home to see how you are adjusting as a new family and provide any resources or referrals as needed.

• One complimentary meeting at the location of your choice so we can talk and see if I'm the right doula for you.

• Prenatal visits to discuss your goals for labor and birth. I can assist you in developing a birth plan and/or post partum plan, we can practice relaxation techniques and comfort measures; whatever you feel will help you to feel prepared and confident about your birth

• 24/7 email and phone support

• I will be by your side during labor and birth. I can come as soon as you need me (usually when active labor begins) and remain with you for up to two hours after you meet your baby

• Assitance with breastfeeding 

• One postpartum meeting after your birth to discuss the birth (and admire your new little one)

• Community resources and referrals for postpartum assistance, lactation consultants, breasfeeding support, etc

• Insurance receipt for doula services following payment in full and your baby's birth.
